Australian Saddle Safaris require a deposit of $200 to secure your place. Deposits are non-refundable but can be transferred to another ride.
Full payment is due 1 month before the departure of your trek. There are payment options available, please discuss them with us.
A refund (less the deposit) will be given if the trek is cancelled a month before the trek start date.
A waiver must be signed before commencing on the trek.
We strongly suggest that all guests purchase insurance to cover cancellation.
Ambulance cover is required for each participant.
All participants must understand that horse riding falls under the category of adventure sports. There is risk involved. Australian Saddle Safaris have created an extensive safety briefing that participants must adhere to. Horses are animals of flight, and although our horses go through extensive training and desensitisation, they will always have this in their nature. Participants must bear the full risk of injury and accept full responsibility for any personal injury or property damage.
